Data mining: service get

This is the core service of the NA-ARC web API.
It provides simple functions to retrieve a single number (of floats or profiles) and more complex functions to retrieve mash up of the database information (distribution of profiles per data modes, list of issues for a given WMO float ID for instance).

Usage:

To use this service, specify a function and possibly options:

• [api]/?get=function&option=v1,v2,...

Note: You can add restrictions to select a subset of profiles to apply those functions on. See the section 'How to select profiles ?' for more details.
